Refund Policy

1. Consultation Calls
We want you to feel confident booking a call with us. Our refund policy for paid consultations is as follows:
Full Refund
- Cancellation 24+ hours before the call: You will receive a full refund processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Technical failure on our end: If we are unable to conduct the call due to a technical issue on our side, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Rescheduling
- Cancellation 12-24 hours before the call: We offer one free reschedule to a mutually convenient time within 14 days.
No Refund
- Cancellation less than 12 hours before the call: No refund will be issued, as the time slot has been reserved for you.
- No-show: If you do not attend the scheduled call without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
- After the call has taken place: Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been delivered.
2. Consulting Engagements
For larger consulting or development engagements, refund terms will be outlined in the specific statement of work or proposal. Generally:
- Fees for work already completed are non-refundable
- Unused prepaid hours or milestones may be refunded upon mutual agreement
- Either party may terminate with 14 days notice, with payment due for work completed
